Second breakfast was not hot. More food should have been put out. No one to help or assist.

The location was awful when we checked in we had no towels the room was dirty and the TV didn't work. It took over an hour and a half to get towels and they were ripped. Even though they got the TV to turn on you couldn't adjust the sound so you couldn't hear it at all. The door to the bathroom had something running down the door that looked like someone forgot to clean it. The next day the elevator was broken, they deactivated our key cards and the front desk blamed it on us that we must have demagnatized the card. That night there was a roach crawling on the wall and the next morning we found another dead roach on the floor. This was the worst stay ever. We would have been better off staying in an actual roach motel.

Just about everything could have been better. This was the worst stays I have ever had.

The breakfast is really good, they have different options.

Elevator didn't work, bedroom's floor was dirty (apparently with soda) and nobody cleaned the bathroom before my arrival.

I didn’t like anything about the property

they have my room ready after a 3pm check in. I arrived after 4pm and the room still wasn’t available. the staff wasn’t at the front desk. my sheets were dirty and I had to ask the housekeeper for new ones because I could. ever get a hold to the front desk.

I liked the room being a suite. Room was clean.

The sink was leaking and water dripping under the sink making a puddle on floor. Called front desk asked for more towels explained sink leaking and needed more towels in the room. Front desk guy came and said he wasn't a plumber that was all he could do. He brought two blue towels and placed under the sink. Did not bring any replacement towels which I asked for, So an inconvenience for sure.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. And the rooms were very clean.
