Location and staff

Accused of fraud and locked out of my room at 7 am while getting breakfast. The manager did not handle the situation appropriately.

That location was very close to the college my son was touring.

The pool was too small, I would have liked it to also have and outside pool as well.

Breakfast needs a lot of attention

Good selection of things, yogurt, muffins, cereal, and hot foods. Good location in the hotel did not seem very crowded. Good coffee. would’ve been nice to have something fresh like waffles instead of prepackaged.

Our bathroom floors looked very clean however, they were very sticky. I’m not sure what they used to mop, but it did not do a very good job. We had to wear shoes when we went in there. It was kind of gross. Also none of the USB plugs worked in our room to charge our phones.

The suite was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, kitchen area was nice, bathroom was amazing and everything was very clean! The breakfast biscuit w sausage was a great touch, for on the go. They offer cereal, oatmeal with all toppings, fresh fruit, juice and coffee,muffins and breads, packaged waffles and biscuits w sausage and turkey sausage biscuits.

The ac didn't get very cold. We turned it on once we got there and it actually rose 2 degrees. We called the front desk to see if they had a fan unfortunately they did not. I would suggest having one for back up. I would also suggest having drinks in the evening and maybe cookies or popcorn, for those traveling in late.

The breakfast was great. The only suggestion is to have actual Hot water for tea or oatmeal.

Options for Breakfast was very good. My room on the 4th was very nice and clean. The parking lot and paint don't do it justice on the inside. Quiet and away from car and campus noise. Very nice hotel. I would stay there again.

Door and shower floor showing wear and tear. Parking lot could use a do over.

I really liked the layout of the room and how big the bathroom was

I didnt like the fact that there werent any coffee cups or spoons

Shower leaks because of door design or installation. More of a problem for housekeeping than the guests. Not really an issue, just the only negative that I could think of.

The food was great and the room was very nice! Staff was awesome as well!

The placement of the shower head in relation to the faucet handle was not good. You had to get wet with cold water in order to start the shower.
