The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was nice and courteous.

We didn't like the noise level, others was slamming doors and just loud. There is no respect for others staying on the same floor. Overall, the hotel was great.

The location is great and the breakfast bar was amazing. We have stayed there plenty of times prior to this one. Due to the location and its closeness to our family abs things to do in the city.

The bathroom was disgusting. There looked to be poop on the bathroom door around the handle. The shower wasn’t clean, there was hair in the bathroom sink. The room just wasn’t clean, dusty and didn’t smell fresh at all.

Wonderful stay! Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Breakfast was minimal, didn’t like the mini quiche, would’ve preferred regular eggs. We chose to eat out each day. TV channel selections were minimal, not as many stations to choose from during down time.

The front desk staff was excellent! Everyone that I spoke with at the front desk was really nice even over the phone before we arrived.

The area it was in. The parking was not the best. The pool area was not clean. No clean towel’s at the pool. Trash around the pool.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was lovely. The hotel was very dog friendly too.

The breakfast was just ok, and it was a bit out of the downtown part of Wilmington. But it was still a great place and I would stay again.
