Room was not very clean. Breakfast was very disappointing

Bed was comfortable

Hallway smelled awful. They obviously allow pets because there were multiple dogs barking in peoples rooms while I was trying to sleep. The stairway smelled like poo.

Breakfast was good, could have been better.

The commode was broken and would not stop running. The furniture was filthy.

Very nice place staff was friendly and helpful. Nice outside garden with beautiful plants and trees and places to sit and relax with a cup of coffee. Well kept and clean. Rooms very spacious , small kitchen,couch, chairs, two queen beds . Only one dislike and that is individual preferences. Pillows were too soft and short for me. Still not a big deal. Will definitely stay again because I have family there.

Staff was very polite. From the checkin, cleaning crew, trash man & breakfast bar staff.

Too much traffic of people not staying at the facility on the back side where the dog area is. We literally moved our vehicle to the front & walked further to our room to feel comfortable. Our ac also was not working properly.,Upon entering our room it was set on 65. With room temperature showing 76. I reported it & was told that was strange, it was a new unit.

The rooms were neat and clean, just like the rest of the hotel. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs.
