One employee doing check in with several people trying to check in with no air conditioning in lobby (in North Carolina in the summer).

Could not use 2 drawers because one was off the track and then made other one useless could not be fixed and this did not seem to bother anyone and as e were 2 adults for 4 days not enough space to put our things had to ask for towels just 2 towels for 2 adults for 3 nights no compensation just was also charging over 200 a night parking should be included as well as some breakfast as other hotels do was not impressed will stay other places when coming back

Very nice front desk experience. Room was clean. We would stay again.

It was in a great location where you can walk around the city and have different places to eat and bars to go to.

I didn’t like that the parking deck was across the street.but I did valet parking so there was really nothing honestly.
