Ice taste and smell awful, the parking lot looks abandoned, stains on chairs in the hallway, and in the guest room. T v. Didn't have Bluetooth or wifi, so I wouldn't stay there for a business trip.... maybe that's why there were so many loud sleepovers with children!?

Very friendly front desk and gave all needed info without having to ask. Good pool and breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. I’d stay here again for sure.

Location was good very close to a lot of restaurants and the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed the waffle maker making large waffles. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well

The amount of space for breakfast hours doesn’t quite accommodate all guests that attend during the rush hours

We LOVED this place. It didn't hurt that there was a cat that you could tell was from a good family, but liked to visit the site. Also, the staff were wicked friendly, the price was excellent. The location was right near highway 70. If we were going on a big road trip again, this would be a good place to stay. I recommend it.

One nitpick thing: There was a beer in our refrigerator... So it made me think that nobody cleans out the fridge between stays...

Staff was great

Easy access for a big city. Beds were comfortable.

Poo left in the toilet. Made you wonder what else wasn't cleaned. Shower didn't work very well. Dirty towels hanging up. We slept on top of the bed with our own blanket. Not under the covers.

Nice, helpful staff. Good sized, clean room. Good breakfast selection.

Bathtub drain was not working properly. It was like taking bath in puddles. I told receptionist then she did not feel sorry. It was surprisingly to me.

The staff was lovely. The breakfast was pretty good for a complimentary breakfast. The adult only pool time was an appreciated bonus.

The carpets were stained. The vents were all filthy. The exhaust fan over the jacuzzi was terrible. It was so dirty and so loud. It's not attached properly and just rattles the entire time. We had to turn it off during our stay to get any sleep. The shower did not drain well, you'd be in standing water up to your calves by the end of your shower.

The staff was relatively quick to address issues with the room. The room was large. The complimentary breakfast was adequate.

There was a large pile of dirty towels and sheets in my closet when I checked in. I made the front desk aware and they came to pick them up within 5 minutes. Some of the surfaces (drawer pulls, light switches, etc.) appeared to be clean but were slightly sticky to he touch. The TV kept dropping signal throughout my stay.

The cleaning needs to be better. Dusting and dirty carpet especially behind the TV. I had to change rooms.

The room was really quiet and the breakfast was good and well stocked. The attendant was diligent about keeping it full.

The TV was difficult to figure out as far as channels. A brochure or paper explaining it would have been helpful.

The staff was very nice. Had an issue with the toilet. Went out to eat, and when we came back, it was fixed.

The room wasn't particularly clean (there was food items in the fridge and bits of pizza on a chair). The room smelled like they dumped half a gallon of Frebreez on the carpet. We opened the window and ran the bathroom exhaust fan all night to get it down to a tolerable level.

The room was very clean and the beds super comfy. Great breakfast choices. Nice shower. Would definetly stay again. Great location off interstate
