Everything was good

The location is easy to find, the rooms and beds were great, the breakfast was standard.

There was nothing wrong with the property much just that next time, I will look for a hotel closer to Atlantic city. I missed this while booking.

Served too early for people on vacation. Food ran out before 9 am. Not allowed to take back to room.

having my room right next to the front desk and I was a single female traveler. receptionist was rude. my room had old wash cloths

bathroom tiles on floor broken and loose bed was very uncomfortable ac unit very loud comforter was dirty breakfast was not great

Steven was very kind and helpful. He is the best. I will definitely stay here again the hospitality was awesome!

There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel.

They assistant manager was absolutely amazing he was very welcoming makes you feel at home will definitely stay again in the future

The parking lot since that's where me and my husband spent the most time being as though it looks like we could not have a refund even though we were not pleased with the room. The water in the pool was not too cold .

The pool room smelled like somebody opened 14 cans of creamed corn and called it a day and poured the water from the cans in the pool. It was definitely a little past funky . The assistant General manager definitely had a attitude because I asked him to change our room. The room across from us and next to us all had construction work being done. The smells was giving me a headache and he acted like I did something wrong....why would you rent out a room where you have several men BANGING on everything. They were back at the construction at like 6am and we went to bed at 4am from playing stomp the yard with the roaches in the room coming out of random places. Never in my life have i tapped a hanging picture on the wall and a whole roach family came out and tried to jump me. The smells ? I'm sure a waste yard smells better. I had to shake all my belongings a couple of times and I let the woman at the front know how the stay was and she did absolutely nothing besides telling me to leave the room keys on the desk if I am checking out. The roaches were in the 2nd room on the 3rd floor after he changed the first room. The construction was on the 1st floor. Everything about this experience for my husband's 31st birthday was terrible.

The front desk the nigth people 3-11 was so bad. The morning people no food in your room . NO1There was no sign up pool was closed for good not repair they did tell you this went call in or on line. You ask she it onthe counter you do not see online or call in very disappointing 😕

The bed was comfortable

The bathroom sink was dirty. There was fecal matter on the walls in the bathroom. The room smelled like cigarettes The room wasn't properly vacuumed because there were sun flower seeds on the floor and some trash

Manager would not let me take two oranges and one yogurt back to my room. Made me eat downstairs.

The shower was overflowing. The ceilings were leaking and we only stayed one night because we got there late and checked out the next day and look for other hotel they let my kids bring the breakfast in the room but not my husband to be honest I'm not go back there never
