Next to the elevator which people talked at and the elevator is noisy…runs all hours of the night. Also the 530 AM breakfast prep…may have been in a kitchen close…smelled…sort of good…but way to early.

Pool was dirty, no pool towels were available, staff was rude as I checked in. All the doors for entrance to the hotel were not working,making it hard to enter the building.

Someone attempted to come into my room on two occasions while I was there in the room. Once shortly after speaking with house keeping and receiving soap and lotion, then shortly after the house keeping manager attempted to come in while I was in there with the latch on. I opened the door, she explained she was checking off rooms on her list. Then later in the evening around 830pm while I was in the shower, my phone rings a few times and I didn't answer it. Five minutes later someone is trying to enter the room but the latch was on as I was in the shower. They push the door against the latch twice I said hello and they closed the door. Ipopped out of the shower, through something on and looked out the door (which was unlocked) and didn't see anyone in the hallway. I went down to the front desk and asked a short woman (that seemed to be the manager) if she called up to my room, she said no. I told about her what happened today and tonight. She responded with it must have been an error with issuing a key with my room number. But that doesn't explain the call five minutes before? I spoke with a gentleman in the morning about it and he said that something was terribly wrong with that and took my info so that the manager could call me later today. That was Sunday morning 8/6/2023 and it's now 1am early Monday morning. Luckily I was armed, stay alert, and not very trusting of hotels, motels, for this reason. What ever the intent, could've cost a life? I won't be going back and will be contacting the police in regards to this matter.

I liked its proximity to the airport. It was clean. Bathroom was nice.

I found the room doors you could see light into the hall. Just the light. I found the doors to not be very secure, at least in the two rooms I was in. It could use a little facelift.. new carpet better room doors.

For the most part, it was clean. Beds were super comfortable, and breakfast was great!

We got there at check in time(3pm) and our room wasn’t ready. When we finally got to our room the bathroom had snot on the shower wall.

Centipedes in the room they say sure to rain and flooding. Gave us a new room that someone was already in. Went back to front desk and got another room. Room was fine.

There was human feces on the bathroom walls of the public lobby bathroom and a handprint of feces on the door entering the bathroom. Staff was told. The next morning when we went to check out. It was still there.

The Hotel needs an upgrade everything was old and carpet had major stains that made the Hotel look run down.

Parking was horrible and you had to pay for parking. I think it’s ridiculous to pay for parking in an open lot. I’ve stayed at a lot of larger city hotels and never had to pay for parking.

There was pubic hair on the sheets and in the bathroom. When I called to get the sheets changed, the employee brought the sheets but would not change the bed. She just walked away with the sheets. She did not have a name tag on, so I do not know her name. After waiting for almost an hour, I called the front desk again. I was informed that no one was coming to change the sheets. I walked down to the front desk to get the sheets so that my 70 year old mother and I could change the sheets ourselves. There was no apology. It was as if the employee had absolutely no training in customer service at all.

Loved the breakfast. The ladies who served and made the breakfast were wonderful. The staff was all very pleasant and always ready to help. The room was clean but the carpet needs a The little deep cleaning. The pool area was very clean.

Rooms were clean and we had to extend our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights because we cancelled our trip to Memphis. So we appreciated that we didn't have to leave our original rooms.

Didn't have hot breakfast for 3 days; the oven was broken and they were waiting for a part.

Breakfast was ok. The apple juice was water. It was terrible. The penal cake machine was cool. The bed was better than most.

They charged for parking when it was advertised it was free. They should have honored their ad.
