The location is good. It was close to a Starbucks and the freeway. The hotel premises seemed safe. The outside was well maintained. Parking was limited due to uhaul trailers.

The hotel air conditioned seemed like it has had better days. The wall unit to control it was covered since it didn’t work. The only way to change the temperature is on the actual unit itself which didn’t work either… I called the front desk they said it will work just takes time… over the past 2 years this hotels room have gone done. The tv remote also didn’t work… after trying to fix the ax unit and trying to get the remote to work I just gave up. Update the AC unit holiday inn I’m paying more for the same room I did 2 years ago only now less things work…

Friendly staff (but they complain about each other to customers - need to stop that). Good room amenities also, love that you have a refrigerator.

Nobody at front desk and the guy that works out front (maybe? Oddly hangs around and walks in front of you when you are at the desk)
