Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean. Restaurant was good. Quiet at night.

I would have liked the towels to be changed out more than every 3 days. I didn't ever ask for any.

Pool area was nice and they offered a complimentary airport shuttle bus.

The hotel wasn't up to standard. The staff were moody and unhelpful. The bath didn't drain aware. No tea bags in the rooms and when we asked downstairs we got a cold Reception. The gym only had large weights (10kg) nothing for females. I have been charged for the room by booking.com and the radisson Hotel have also taken an unauthorised payment for the room even though I already paid for it with booking.com so now I have to somehow get the hotel to refund it. More work for me and lot of hassle. I told the hotel we had already paid for the room via booking.com but they have taken an unauthorised payment again. Wouldn't recommend, highly disappointed

The property looked nice

I travel all day to get to hotel for a early flight. I got kids to bed and was about to lay down and all of a sudden my wife seen a bug in the bed. We looked at the bug and my wife looked up bed bug on her phone and it looked just like one. I had to get my family up at 12:00 at night and we had to leave hotel at four to catch flight.We packed up all our stuff and stopped by front desks , they asked if we wanted another room but , we sleep in our truck.
