The mini kitchen in the room was very convenient, room was clean.

Very clean and kept up even though it was an older motel. Nice to have the kitchen which was nicely stocked even though we didn’t use it. Staff helpful and friendly. Elevator, laundry room, ice, snack & drink dispensers, QUIET, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. Separate in room cooling and heating unit. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. WiFi was good.

Could have had a multi charging station for phones, tablets, computers. That was really a minor thing.

The staff were first-class, making my stay very pleasant. All staff were very friendly, very helpful & really contributed to ensuring that my extended stay was so relaxing.

Over charge

Surprisingly, it's like an all inclusive efficiency apartment. If you are looking for a couple nights affordable hotel experience, this is not the place to stay. The residents have there favourite spots and get upset if you Park in them unpurposely

The toilet was sluggish to flushed initially, then stopped up. The front desk was notified who informed us extended stays do not provide maintenance people bring there own, but we could borrow his splunger. In the morning the incoming front desk person was notified who sent maintenance 4 hours later after several calls.

a toaster would be nice Guessing since I just was in a hurry and needed to book fast I must have missed the part about the $50 charge for a deposit...supposed to be refunded after check out. But last time we had to pay because we did it through BOOKING.COM {that was what we were told) it was a $100 refundable deposit and it was never refunded. But that was to late to deal with it, because it was pending deposit for a week and then cancelled by the hotel. We were told to contact the corporate, called and they were rude and told us they never cancelled the refund. I WILL NO longer stay at a Holiday Inn EVER!
