Breakfast was $16.99 per person, no room to hang clothes, no microwave or iron

The staff was pleasant.

The rooms were a bit old looking and not as clean as expected.

Upon arrival the registration staff was very friendly and attentive. They made us feel at home away from home. We also had interaction with Destin in maintenance. We returned to our room around 11pm and found our entry lights would not turn off. We called for maintenance and it was time for him to end his shift. He did not hesitate to take the call and was extremely courteous and passionate about making sure the issue was resolved before he left. As he was leaving, he noticed the door would not close nor open easily. He offered to fix it at that point, but we told him to go home to his family and it could be fixed while we were out the next day. When we returned from our outing for the day, the door had been repaired. We did not have to make another call to remind him. THANK YOU DESTIN!!!

Just cosmetics were damaged or were showing their age.

The staff is great; they're welcoming and very pleasant! The room was clean which helps you feel comfortable. We will most likely be back in August since we're making this trip for my husband's cancer treatment at Duke University.

My only complaint was having to pay for breakfast since most other places include free breakfast with your stay.

Everyone was friendly and very inviting. My husband and I have to make this trip every 8 weeks for 4 treatments at Duke university. So, it's great to have the staff where you're staying to be so kind. The only downside was that our room was on the side facing the highway which was very noisy and so it was difficult getting a good night's sleep.

Asked for quite room and walk-in shower. Did not get! Alot of road noise all night.

You cannot control neighbors as TV was quite loud and slamming doors. Fortunately, it didn't last past 9pm. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. We have to be in Durham again in July so we will be back!

Our room wasn't made up until we asked why and finally on our last day they made up the room. There was no hot water in the shower.

We asked for a quiet room and were given a room on top of the freeway, so we had to move to another room thankfully there was one free. The room should be made up every day not just left without telling anyone when they check in. There was no hot water to shower one night. No one came.

Customer service attitude of staff

The rooms are nice and spacious, very comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar available in the lobby. We are repeat customers at this hotel for these reasons.

Only one elevator working, which has been an issue for months it seems. We stayed in this hotel in April 2022, and the elevator was out then as well.
