Floors were very dirty. There were bugs in room.

Convenient to the Sandford airport. Pool is nice.

A few different times missing hair dryer, late night arrival tv not working, smoke detector beeping. Although minor inconveniences I enjoyed the rooms and will continue to return. I've been there about 6 times so far.

Since we arrived they gave us the key to the room giving the same room to another person, half an hour to solve the problem, once solved they give me a room and when I went to the supermarket they had taken my things from the room leaving it clean without having finished my stay , the manager never appeared and the employees were rubbish, because of their mistake they gave me one more night, I am not interested in staying one more night in that sty of a place, sheets gnawed by mice, the rooms stank of humidity, the worst experience of my life I would never recommend it, I prefer to sleep on the street

Location to the airport.

Roaches everywhere took our socks off and the were filthy, we are calling the Samford Health Dept. today and reporting them ! Also we went to the front desk and voiced our concerns and they could have cared less and there would be no refund so we could find another hotel !

Bed was comfortable

in an area that didn’t feel safe, ice machine was broken, no coffee in lobby, area didn’t feel safe.

Was fine till the manager came a yelled at us for nothing

Rooms were dirty and smelly, room had water on the ground next to extension cord and roaches. Nasty people staying in the hotel and walking around. The pillows weren't even pillows , they had no support and so small, bed was so uncomfortable and no blankets.

Easy to find A great location to the airport. CLean Rooms.

The beds were comfy, staff was very polite.

The AC wasn't keeping my room cool

It was lovely clean without smelling like overly strong chemicals 👍
