Comfortable beds. Fans in rooms. Good coffee to make. Easy access. Safe parking. Absolutely quiet.

The overpowering scent as we walked in the door was pretty obnoxious. Took out the plug in scent generators, opened windows, turned on fans, after a few minutes the air was breathable. But I don't understand why the hosts would want to greet guests with this strong odor. Many people are sensitive to scent. Other guests have mentioned it.

Clean and Peaceful Place

The place was immaculately clean! However, it is a bit different than most vacation rentals. You are not getting the house, but actually have a portioned off part of a single family house. There are two rental rooms that share one bath. There is no access to a kitchen or any of the rest of the house. The room is comfortable but small. There is a mini-fridge in the hallway along with a keurig and a small microwave. A few coffees, cream and sugar are provided. There is no ice or no where to store any ice. There is no way to regulate the temperature in the home, altho there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

It was a warm weekend and it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. The second night we were there, a nice gentleman rented the room next to ours who snored horribly. As a light sleeper, I was awoken a few times that night from the freight train next door. The walls are pretty thin. We didn't realize there was no access to a kitchen (our fault, we assumed we had use of one from previous vacation rentals) and usually hard boil some eggs to have as snacks when we travel or occasionally make our own breakfast.

This rental is listed false. It is listed as a 2 Bd/1B property. You rent one room and some other person rents the other room while you share a bath. I traveled with my daughter eight months pregnant and could not share the double bed they have placed in a tiny room. We were not able to stay and being it was non refundable, not a value at all. We had to book a room elsewhere. You should change the listing.

The bed is very comfortable! Very good coffee ☕ 👌 it was quiet 🤫 👌 Nice neighborhood! The smell of cleaning products!!

Availability once I paid the door was unlocked & key & instructions! Parking was a big area!

The place was excellent nothing to dislike

The owner was so gracious to meet us extremely late/early in the morning because our flight got unexpectedly delayed.

The description is a 2 bd & it was misleading in that it sounded as if there was access to an entire house. It is actually a house where the owner resides in a separate larger part of the home as his apartment & then 2 separate bedrooms with access to the bathroom & a very small "kitchenette" (just small fridge with water & everything needed to make coffee). It was very clean & comfortable & the area was in a neighborhood so it felt very safe.

Room was clean as was the shared bathroom

There was a very strong fowl odor in the room. Told owner who brought a room freshener that did nothing to alleviate the smell. Was hard to stay in the smell
