Urine standing between the toilet lid mounting hardware and tank. Red stains on wall section next to sleeper bed. Used a disinfectant wipe to desk gave me to clean it off. Bathroom reeked of offensive smell. Breakfast had a decent variety of fresh, hot breakfast food available.

Facility was not clean or properly maintained. Water flow was more of a trickle that an adequate flow and the temperature was very difficult to maintain.

The breakfast was fabulous. Everything you could imagine was available and delicious.

Coffee pot did not operate. Told staff, never replaced. Very noisy. Did not get sleep on night 1 due to excessive talking outside window and next door. Then tv/radio turned up so loud became iratated so couldn't sleep. Outside door was tile, people checking in with luggage carts made so much noise, couldn't sleep. Bad design in a hotel/motel. 2nd night still no better. Lot's of construction workers staying at this location. Very loud even though signs suggested quiet time 10 pm to 7 am.

Sheets had stains since my whole stay no staff came to clean the room or empty the garbage
