Kids running up and down the hall all hours of the night. Smell of pungent food being cooked in other rooms invaded our room.

Staff was friendly and the facility was exceptionally clean. We were upgraded to a nicer room when ours wasn't quite ready upon our arrival

The Keurig in our room could use a good cleaning. The hot tub was out of order and that was one reason we chose the facility. That didn't lessen the fact that it was a very nice place and very clean. We skipped the breakfast included with our room. Was fairly busy in the eating area with only one staff member for many people. Since we were on a tight schedule we couldn't wait. Would just not include breakfast with our room next time as was an extra cost that we ended up not using.

It would have been nice to know that the hotel was undergoing renovations. This meant they had no WiFi, and my room was conveniently placed near three large dehumidifiers right outside the door which ran all night. The smell from the renovations was not very nice.

I didn’t like the customer service, we had to go get everything we need instead of them bringing it to us, the towel barely worked, the oven was rusty and dirty

The pool area, hallways, rooms and fitness center were all excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared to be fairly recently renovated, and looked nice.

Don't bother ordering the breakfast. It is 100% not worth it. The hotel leaves it to one poor worker to run around preparing the food and taking orders. In addition, it's clear that they are just using pre-packaged scrambled eggs, as they have removed most offerings that aren't scrambled eggs from the menu. It's just 1 very small step above a continental breakfast. Overall, the hotel is nice, but you can see where ownership is cutting corners (breakfast and restaurant). They're cheaping out and using only frozen pre-made stuff. Don't bother with the restaurant at all.

Very comfortable and asset to the airport. Appreciate the shuttle as well.

The General management was very responsive to the rooms being inadequate.

The room wasn't very clean to many stains on the walls and lamp shades.
