Nice place but there was a lot of construction going on.

Stay was nice room was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and the drain backed up. We spoke to the front desk about the drain on our first morning. It looked like someone tried to rectify the issue as the drain was caulked, but it was still slow the next morning.

Not impressed with this property for the price we paid on a Saturday. The hot tub was not working. The lobby was undergoing renovation and a mess. Our room was very basic and dated. There was a charge for breakfast. Our view was the worst view I’ve ever had in a hotel. It is below. There was a weird locked closet in the room. Just not impressed.

I am impressed with the personal care I received. I had a mix up with the reservations. They contacted me to straighten it out. The person at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. This is my second time staying there, and I will do it again.

We love this hotel. Excellent breakfast, great staff, the room is superb. Plenty of space in the bathroom for counter toiletries. Easy parking and plenty of restaurants, and easy on off interstates.

I chose a 1 bedroom suite. The room was definitely not worth it. The living room was dark and unwelcoming. There was no window or rug; and only one piece of artwork on a corner wall. Definitely not a room we wanted to spend time in. The bedroom portion, down a narrow hallway, was extremely small with one tiny window that did not provide light to the living room. The “king” size bed was more like a queen. The left side of the bed didn’t have a full size nightstand; and had no plugs to charge devices. Overall, I’d never book a suite in this hotel again. I’ll be going back to The Hampton Inn across the highway… In addition the hot was out of order the entire visit; and the banquet doors were not locked at night; so anyone could have simply walked into the property.

Check in was easy. We were given water bottles. Our room was clean but we noticed mold in the bathroom. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Complimentary coffee but breakfast is a charge. For a Hilton I felt the place had run- down areas .

We are very pleased with the Hilton garden inn. We stayed two nights and we're very comfortable in our room. It was very clean but really the staff at the front desk was over the top helpful. We were quite impressed as well as the breakfast service help was amazing.

The hot tub was broken and we were not informed until it was "too late, you're already checked in". We were told to come to the front desk in the morning and the GM, Rick, would be there and he'd be happy to help us. Rick was no help at all and didnt care that our weekend trip to have a hot tub night was ruined. Said there was nothing he could do for us. Very dissatisfied. Friendly staff, convenient location, room was clean. Only thing that would’ve made it better is if they offered free breakfast. But there are options within minutes of the hotel if you don’t want to spend the $9-$13pp.

The water in my room would not get hot. I took 3 cold showers during my stay. I notified the front desk however, nothing was done to correct the issue. Also, the fitted sheet on the bed would not stay on. Also, notified office.

Just wanted to let you know about my recent stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and the showers were fantastic. I had such a great experience overall. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
