Friendly, helpful staff

The beds were too high off the ground to get into them easily. (I am short)

Breakfast was good had a variety to choose from.

What I did not like was that I booked though a third party and the hotel, switch my rooms without even them calling me. I had a book for two queen beds, and they switch me in to a a room with a king bed. When it was a total of four people.my husband and my son had to sleep on the floor. So I went to ask front desk what had happened she just told me that when you booked through a third party you are guarantee, a room but you are not guaranteed the room you booked.

Fresh pancakes were a nice touch.

It was very noisy. Our room was located over the pool and you could hear everything. They had containers and trash bins in the parking lot - I assume for a remodel.

Breakfast was great and staff works at breakfast room were friendly and kind.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable

The group room was a nice size for for my brothers, sisters-in-laws, cousin and aunt to meet in. We were in town to attend my fathers funeral.

Smoking that was allowed inside the building.

All the furniture in the lobby were stained. Our room had a stained/dirty comforter and had a strange odor, dirty carpets. Okay Overall all a dirty hotel. We only stayed one of our two nights booked. We ended up eating the cost of our second night (unable to cancel) and booked another room at a Holiday Inn in Camas (so much nicer).

Dirty room, broken and shabby furnishings, fabreeze smell overpowering.

Room was a good size had AC which was nice, the bathroom tub had mold around the tub on caulking had not been cleaned.

It’s not very inviting here. The only 1 time we saw somebody at the front desk was when they had to check us in. They don’t seem like they want to be there. We passed by the front desk probably 20 times during our weekend stay and not once did i ever see an employee up front. Does not feel like any holiday inn I have been too. Breakfast was gross, cheap sausage and egg patties that were rubbery. Tried The biscuits and gravy, & the biscuits were rock hard. Also, frustrating that they had vending machines on each floor that were completely empty. One of them had maybe 3 candy bars in it. Also, no garbage cans anywhere except the breakfast room. Stay at the Embassy it’s not that far from here should have stayed where I knew was good. I think it was way overpriced for what you get.
