The location and businesses around this place was awesome

I didnt like the housekeeping regulations of not tidying up for our 3 night stay

It was ok, the rooms are dated.

My TV didn't work and they didn't even try to fix it or even replace it. Also I travel a lot so u expected the lamps to have USB outlets to charge my phone. They didn't. So I couldn't watch TV or my phone. Honestly the place is a JOKE!!!

The pool and spa were great

The house cleaning came in without warning, was advised they wouldn't. The room had something all over the wall by the bed, looked like possibly a soda exploded at some point or it possibly used to be a smoking room? Idk

Beautiful and comfortable room. We used the EV charger as that was a big reason we chose this hotel. Will definitely stay there again when in that area!

I love that they have been able to accommodate us checking in early. The beds are amazing, and the location is perfect. It is close to everything and easy access to the freeway

This is my 2nd time staying here but not my last as this will be my hotel of choice. However, the room we got was right near the main lobby. It was loud! We can sleep through anything but if I would have known that the doors did not keep out sound I would have asked to be moved. However, I don't like to complain unless it is really bad. Since we were there for only one night it was OK.

It felt like a proper Lodge in the middle of the city. So grand and cozy at the same time. We really enjoyed it.
