Location near beach, comfort of room, most staff members were welcoming. Some were not so welcoming!

Check-in desk person was not very friendly nor was the concierge we dealt with.

the family that used the room before us had cooked something stayed in the room most of our stay. I did not mention this to the property because we had a busy weeding schedule to stay with.

the food was very overpriced and the quality was not the best on the resort. we had to venture outside the resort to find food at a decent price.

Stand out amongst the other resorts... The elevators were constantly over crowded

The condo was spacious and clean. It had a great kitchen with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable. This property is walking distance to many restaurants and shops and there are also plenty of restaurants to chose from on-site. The lagoon is a nice option for calm water to float on a raft in or to use peddle bikes.

The main pool facilities could be updated a bit. The snack bar was “out” of some of the menu items but the staff was friendly. The ocean view that we paid for was not the view I had hoped for as there was a small amount of ocean that was visible between two other buildings.

The property was beautifully set out, the grounds were exceptionally manicured, the facilities were awesome. The fittings in our apartment were top quality, the pillows were the best in any place we’ve stayed throughout the world!!!

A little pricey, accomodation and food, although this was to be expected post pandemic and with inflation as it is!!! We were just happy to be on holiday!!!
