Breakfast was ok. The cinnamon rolls were good, boiled eggs ok, Always like oatmeal on breakfast bar. Fresh fruit was a plus. The juice was good. I did like to see the chocolate and regular milk. I saw hot chocolate and tea available.

Would have like bacon instead of sausage gravy. I would like to have better selection of cereal. I would like to see better direction or labeling of pancake maker. A section of the room floor was wet due to leak in ceiling.

The staff was excellent and friendly. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Breakfast was exceptional and delicious! We will stay here again.

Does not meet standards

Jets in spa tub did not work. Rust line under tub spout. Black mildew on lower soap holder. Rust stains on interior metal door. TV remote control - down channel button does not work. Told front desk about spa tub and remoteclast night and no apology given (“Okay I will ll report to maintenance.”)

The breakfast had many items to choose from. Items seemed very fresh.

The key cards didn't work for rooms and there was dog urine in hall way and dog feces just outside the entrance and the pool was dirty was not worth the price I paid

Staff was exceptional. Very accommodating and friendly. Went above and beyond. Breakfast was very good with more variety than expected The room was very clean as well.

Except for the bed which was very comfortable, the rest of the accommodations were pretty shabby. No hot water or stopper in the sink and water pressure was bad. Washcloth was thread bear, sank almost the floor when sitting on the couch which was ripped on the arm.

The staff was super pleasant and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The carpets, flooring, elevators and decor were dirty and just deplorable. The outside signs were faded and all the lights weren’t illuminated on the Comfort Suites sign. I would not return and definitely not recommend.

Breakfast was great. Many options to choose from. The location was central to where we needed to be at different times. Really appreciated the cookies in the afternoons. Loved the pillow options on the bed. The staff was fabulous. Always willing to help. I can't say enough good things about them. I especially want to recognize Iris for her willingness to go beyond just the basics of running the reception desk. Thank you, Iris!

No matter that I had the thermostat set to 61 the entire time we were there, the room temperature was never cool. Probably in the mid-70's at best. The TV reception was horrible. Every station I tuned in to would be interrupted about every 2-3 minutes with a message that "the service had been interrupted." This would be on the screen for 10-15 seconds and then return to programming. Additionally, several of the stations simply pixelated constantly (i.e., NBC). There was a tear in the arm of the chair. I was unable to get any internet service at all. Phone, laptop, tablet, Kindle. Nothing.
