I booked online through booking. I come to check in and was told the computer was wrong we have no rooms. He looked up from his phone playing his “skill” games and. said I won’t be charged and I told him I prepaid. 2 weeks and still not refunded by the hotel or Booking . Avoid at all costs if you can.

They lied to my face and have been paid for a room they never provided

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies at the front desk, Christy and Bernice. They were very professional.

The floors in our room were not the cleanest. The toilet seat was visibly dirty although there was a “sanitized “ label on it. The area didn’t feel the safest.

The fact that I booked 2 weeks in advance and when I went to check in I was told the King room I booked wasn't available, they were overbooked and it was 1st come 1st serve, but we could a room that was being remodeled . Needless to say after 10 hours of driving and it being 11pm we didn't have much of a choice. The room was absolutely disgusting! There was hair all over the sink, drywall pieces all over the floor, the toilet seat wasn't fully attached, the bathroom door was rotted, the door to the room was about 2 inches off the floor so all noise in the hall could be heard. The stairwell, elevator, and hall smelled like Marijuana. I am extremely upset I paid $150 for that place, I would've been better off sleeping in my car!!

No pool open entire stay. No comforters on bed. Rm filthy. No breakfast. No working ph in rm. No one cleaned rm entire stay or replenish towels etc. Frt desk terrible customer service.

The elevator and breakfast variety. There was also roach in the room. There was no phone adapter in the room and the phone did not work.

The beds we’re comfortable and the tv selection was good ( except no guide of channels). Our 2 rooms were across from one another. Night clerk was sweet and very helpful.

Elevator sounded as if it would fall apart and randomly would stop. Other elevator out of order. The halls smelled strongly of marijuana. Shady people. Three which approached my pregnant daughter and tried to get her to ride elevator with them. One of the beds in the double room was broke. Breakfast consist of grits and toast. Very disappointing stay. Would never recommend. I am a former employee of another Ramada and was horribly disappointed in this site.

what was there to like ? the elevator reminded me of the movie “devil”. the first room it took another trip down stairs and almost 15mins to get in just for it to be disgusting and the ac not to work. the second room took another 10mins to get in just for it to smell funny. roaches galore. they had some kind of party down stairs and the people PAYING to stay there had no where to park so I couldn’t leave and go anywhere else with fear of not having a parking spot when I returned. the whole experience was just disgusting to say the least! will NEVER stay there again!

The room was large and had a hot tub. When we arrived they said they had to upgrade us because there were no rooms like we booked available.. It scares me to think what the original room looked like

Cars in the parking lot with broken glass.this really made me think it wasn't safe to park my car there. Every time we came and left an addict accosted us at the hotel doors to ask absurd questions and say bizarre things.the neighborhood is really skechy with gang tags everywhere and police sirens all night.. The room was dirty and stains everywhere. We didn't dare sit on the couch. Both TVs did not work at all.and the remote was filthy.. Pillows were stained and had no pillow coverings on them. They were not even on the bed but stacked on a nearby table. We did no use them of course. I really regret not leaving immediately but our schedule demanded we just get through the night and leave as early as possible. It really was the worst I have ever seen. The general lack of cleanliness made us not even consider eating their Continental breakfast.

the employee that helped me check in was incredibly nice.

the elevator is barely hanging on. I’m not sure how it’s still legal to allow guests to use it! we chose to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs, with luggage, rather than use the elevator. the hotel smelled like old cigarettes and the counter and bathtub were stained with rust colored rings. you also have to ask the front desk to inspect your room at the end to get your deposit back otherwise they keep it.

I loved the guy that was working the front desk, he was an absolute sweetheart. Breakfast was good and quick.

Could've had a few more options for breakfast but I was in a rush so it's fine

No shower curtain, no hot water or pressure in the shower, no smoke alarm, smelled like cigarette smoke, rude workers, no one working at night to take care of a disturbance, bed was extremely uncomfortable, smallest pillows ever, it was dirty, and the list could keep going I’m sure.

The room had roaches there was a smell of marijuana throughout the building. The elevator squeaked and the cart to help me take my luggage upstairs was broken.

The location was right off the highway.

The room wasn't clean all the way. Some areas were not clean.
