Breakfast was not free so we did not eat.

That the Breakfast was not free. For the price of the hotel I thought ti should've been included.

Clean, friendly, and heated pool!

We had no idea breakfast was extra charge. The lady on the phone when we called said they "offered breakfast" as an amenity. We would have chosen another hotel due to having 5 kids with us. We also made it clear that we were looking for a room with 2 beds plus pull out couch. Unfortunately these were last minute reservations and the best they could do was a King with a couch, but they said the room was very big. The room was way smaller than expected.

The room was clean and friendly staff.

The poor was filthy! We would not get in it. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Being able to bring in food and eat in the dining area was very helpful.

Location

Very noisy! People up late and staff did not quiet it down. Staff was very noisy at like 5am. Do not stay on first floor near lobby.
