Our room was comfortable. It served our purpose for a place to stay. Breakfast was basic. Overall, the place was quiet and clean. The hotel did not have any of the bells and whistles that would make our stay even better.

The pool was closed but everything else was great! I appreciated quiet hours, the serene location and the kind staff.

Only suggestion is waffle maker for breakfast for a little more variety

The hotel is new, the decor is decent, and overall it was clean.

The customer service was poor. Whenever you approach the front desk there is rarely a person there. They seem to hide out in the back room. The first morning we went down for breakfast at 7:00am and there was no breakfast, it was supposed to be out at 6am. We were told it would be ready at 7:30am and it was not ready at that time either. My son was playing competitive sports all day and the breakfast feature was an important amenity that they failed to deliver. In addition, the coffee thermos was dispensing cold coffee. Lastly, my son left his cross necklace on the nightside stand and realized it after check out. I called this hotel location countless times. They NEVER answer the phone and their mailbox is full so you can not leave a message. I even called the corporate headquarters and reported the necklace we left. They could not get a hold of this specific hotel and told me they would connect with them and get back to me regarding the necklace. Needless to say, I never heard back from anyone. It's almost a week later and I just tried to contact them again without success. Bottom line, customer service is a problem at this property across the board and I will not be returning.

The breakfast was fine for the most part. Food was good and there was a decent variety.

On our 2nd and 3 days, there were no forks or hot water for tea or oatmeal. Also, the eggs weren't ready for 20- 30 minutes after breakfast opened. Not great if you don't have time to wait. Our room was not cleaned even though we took the "Do Not Disturb" sign from our door. I was told by the front desk clerk that their policy is only clean the room if you specifically ask to have it cleaned. What good is the "Do Not Disturb" sign then? And why wasn't that policy communicated in advance?

The breakfast was good. The location was close to everything. We felt safe and it was clean.

We reserved a king-size bed and were given a room with two queen-size or possibly regular, it was hard to tell. The bed was soft.

Very clean, friendly staff who were very accommodating. Hot buffet style breakfast! (We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels recently due to our travels and most places are still doing grab and go cold breakfast.). Pet friendly.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. She carried a courteous conversation that was engaging and genuine.
