Front desk lady was very nice and patience as we worked through a small booking error. She was able to get it all straight for us.

It was just a little noisy that evening while we were trying to sleep. Maybe it was just people coming in and getting settled.

The breakfast was good. The room was OK. The evening staff (checkin) and the morning staff (checkout) were rude. It is sad that the entire experience at your hotel was ruined by the two ladies on your staff.

The lady in your evening staff that checked us in (˜8pm 02-19-2022) and another lady this time in morning staff (˜9am 02-20-2022)that checked us out were rude. We will definitely not be staying at this specific hotel in the future. There are simply too many other options.

There was no breakfast, sack with water piece of fruit and breakfast bar given, not impressed.

The sofa bed need to be updated mattress had holes in in.

Location in proximity to eating establishments and University property. Nothing more. This Homewood Suites location fell far below Hilton's standard for hotel experience. Sadly disappointed and am seeking refund on the stay.

We chose the hotel because of its reputation for great breakfast and afternoon meals/happy hour. We paid for this accommodation but the hotel DID NOT provide either meal/happy hour. Instead we got a brown bag with a banana, granola bar, and bottled water. Nor was this made known before the reservation was made. Horrible! We also were NOT informed that room service was not routine daily and had to be specifically requested. As such, we were missing shower towels for the next day's start and the room was not maintained.

Clean, quiet

Breakfast was skimpy. Pretty disappointed in the piece of fruit and a granola bar, but happy about the water and I saved the food for a snack later.

The new manager was very sweer

So very "dated." Felt "used." Needs to be upgraded. The furniture is outdated and very worn. The sofa sleeper sinks and the frame hits the back of the leg because the cushions are not firm.

Location, friendliness, readiness, smiling staff and a good listener to needs when asked

door to room hard to open, night latch and safety latch both were hard to secure. It seems/looked as though door had been recently painted. One light out over vanity in bathroom, ice maker not making ice. Upon reporting these things were ilight outage attended to immediately..

We stayed at this hotel during the ice storm. The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to keep my elderly mother comfortable. I have never been so impressed with the quality and caliber of staff at a hotel.

There is nothing that was wrong with the hotel.
