The location was great.

The room was not very clean and had multiple issues. Stained curtains, stained couch cushions, broken night stand, carpet trim separating from the wall, etc.

Everything about the property. Housekeepers were nice, friendly, and helpful. Front desk clerk was absolutely awesome.

Comfy bed, great sized rooms. Staff are friendly. Close to where I was visiting.

Hot breakfast was well below average. Party at pool one night at 10:30p.m. when we arrived to the room. Door entering hotel by pool was propped open, and noise level was high. The next day we found trash and uneaten food around the pool area as well as trash floating in the pool. This was not cleaned up until that evening so we were not able to take advantage of that amenity and that was disappointing. Staff was friendly but seemed very limited. Daughter woke up with bites on second day. Last night of stay, she woke up early morning hours to more bites and bed bugs were found. Reported to front desk. I could have overlooked the breakfast and the pool situation but the bed bugs are unacceptable.

Bed was harder than usual but great for back, air good, maid seemed good, Basically favorite motel for the area but score should be more like 6.5-7

The staff was really nice and helpful

The pool was really small and didn't have a good environment about it. And the "workout room was too small and Ill equipped to actually do anything. There were not really pictures of either. I'd have rather them be honest about it, or just don't have one. All you really did was create an inconvenience for me. Also, the breakfast was decent but they made breakfast sandwiches but didn't have cheese or any other topping than ketchup. The bed wasn't super comfortable and the sheets had a spot on them that I didn't notice until the morning. Also the handle on my toilet was broken.

I needed an inexpensive hotel for the night and this fit the bill.

I wouldn’t stay here again if I had more time. I needed a cheap hotel night and this hotel fit that but it was a little less than desirable. Older and needs some TLC.
