The beds were comfortable

No scrambled eggs. Just omelets and kids don't like that.

The breakfast was the worst and not edible. The carpet was nasty. Room was not even vacuumed and we askes for housekeeping. Staff could care less about any issues. The elevator went out and we were on the 3rd floor. My wife and I are in our 60's but still had to carry everything down by using the stairs. Our whole experience was horrible. I don't think that the $300 for two nights was worth it and you should refund our money!

Breakfast was great! The front desk representative, Nick, took great care of us at check in and check out and made the additional accommodations we requested work for us immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice pillows, beds were springy and slightly uncomfortable. I sleep on a tempurpedic at home though, so it's hard to compete with that. Overall the comfort level was about what I anticipated.

With having stayed at numerous Hampton locations, this one seems to have had tons of the budget put into store from and lobby upgrades. TV didn't work and place looked like any room from any hotel in the 90s.

Staff at counter was understaffed and overwhelmed with people looking for a place to stay. First room they gave us had people already in it. Knowing people in the area had no power, management did not bring in additional resources and all customers paid in loss time for it.

The size of the room was perfect for our family of four. The refrigerator was big enough to hold drinks and the food/snacks we brought. And the location was central to great food and the beach.

Not enough towels; we were given three even though the reservation was for four guests. We requested extra towels but were given small pool towels. There were also no towels available at the pool. Doors opening and closing was really loud--woke up both mornings to slamming doors. Breakfast ends too early and not enough food available. Because the AC was located on one side of the room, that side stayed really cold while the other half was warm. There was also a not-so-pleasant smell in the room upon entry. There are also no USB plugs and charging blocks do NOT fit in the outlets on the lamps.

My room had hair dye all over the restroom and didn’t have a Lysol sticker that sealed the room prior to me entering it.

My only issues were the vent fan in the bathroom did not work. Also we were next to the pool and kids would slam the door to there rooms, but there kids.
