Staff at desk was friendly and changed my room.
Blood on the walls and Nats in the room. No toilet paper, no coffee items like sugar or stir
stick or napkins .

This Hotel was beautiful. It reminded me of a 1950's style resort. I look forward to seeing this property thrive again.

They are working on remodeling so everything in the room was new and clean. The kitchenettes in the rooms was really nice but there is no pans or anything so bring your own. The air conditioner works great and kept the room cold and dry.
My daughter got stuck inside the bathroom for 30 minutes because the door stuck shut. The bath tubs look dirty because there is paint on them and chips out of them. The floors felt gritty because they are laminate. Housekeeping came and made beds but that was it....no clean towels, no wiped down counters or sinks. Both bathtubs (we had 2 rooms) had hair that needed removed from drain because the water wouldn't drain.
Check out was um.... unique. When you check in they ask for a $40 cash deposit that is returned when they check your room as you are leaving. We were trying to check out at the same time as others and were delayed leaving because we had to wait for someone to check our room so we could get our deposit back. Never have seen that done before.

I love the fact that they have a pool and the room was large and spacious. They also had a workout area with equipment. They also have breakfast. The water pressure and shower amenities were amazingly well.
With having a pool on a hot day, it felt more like a hot tub. There isn’t much shade in the pool area. The TV was also a bit difficult to deal with and the Wi-Fi although free, was poor service.

The smell of the room was horrible. Told staff and they said they had no other rooms and could not offer a refund. Trash! Couldn't sleep. Had to remove a cleaning bucket from room. The chemical smell never left. It's a motel at best. $40 a night max at this place!

the property was so empty, and in inviting. it has potential that has been forgotten.
they say pet friendly on their website. I had a service dog (registered) and they charged me $45 deposit for damage, and there was no damage and it takes 7 days to get your deposit back

The Young guy at the front desk was awesome.
Mold Mold Mold! My bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. And the bathroom floor was gross. I didn’t even use the shower.

The staff was great. The pool tables were fun.
The breakfast could have had more options. The breakfast area could have been closer to the rooms.

It's in a terrible location. Dirty, old, broken floors, half the plugs didn't work, the wifi didn't work. We checked out after the 1st night, and cancelled the rest of our stay.

It was definitely location was great cleanliness was great..
It was a duplex and there was a tiny door between the apartments and you could literally see through the door to the neighbor and they could hear everything going on and she was completely grouchy about us the whole time we were there.. there really needs to be a better door between the two apartments I understand that we were disturbing her but at 1:00 in the morning when her dog started barking it was disturbing up there was no way to keep the two apartments from each other

Close to food establishments.
Got charged $15.00 for a dirty towel, and staff would not let me see the dirty towel. It's hard to believe that it was that dirty and should not be charged for the dirty towel.

The front area was pretty
Roaches, filthy rooms, no ac in hallway, poor ac in room, possible feces on floor, in room, unfriendly front desk staff. We got a refund before pulling our belongings off of the luggage rack. We have several pics. Awful! Don't understand how they advertise as newly renovated, unless fresh paint on the front is renovation now. MUST have cash for deposit or pay their 3.50 ATM fee. We got a refund and went somewhere else.
