Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

I’m from a big city so it didn’t bother me, but I can see how some would be bothered by the highway traffic noise. Hotel provided ear plugs tho.

The breakfast was phenomenal. Western omelette. I loved the white fluffy bedspread, the pillows were fluffy, too. They usually have cookies in bags at the desk... and they did not disappoint this time. Delicious.

The beds are high off the floor, to get into. The room felt cold . The room was on the side where 1-75 goes by, so it was noisy at night.,

The breakfast was really over-the-top !! EVERYTHING!! Egg, sausage, biscuits, potatoes, yogurt, apples and bananas, oatmeal, muffins, juices, coffee, and you could make yourself a waffle. The bed was so comfy, the pillows fluffy. I liked the almond soap in the bathroom. At night we could have a bag of two small oatmeal cookies, at the desk. The two of us always play cards in the lobby until midnight, so we did that again.

A family had parked right in front of the front door and we could not back up.., there was a motorcycle there also- so we had to wait to park, until the family took many things from the car into the motel. This was about 9:30 p.m. Wed. night, Aug. 17.

Stayed two nights..both nights the air conditioning sounded like a gremlin!! Mind you two different rooms, the last had earphones to the tv I’m guessing to block those gremlins from coming

it was in a good area and in proximity to eateries, stores, gas stations etc.

the restroom and room could have been more clean. Lamps kind of dusty, tub could have been more clean etc. We had a mix up at the front desk with the rooms. The attendant was nice but pretty much left it up to us to kind of work out the issue that was her fault. Then she would misplace the blame on booking.com in which it had nothing to do with them.

Your staff is wonderful and they do a great job. Very friendly and welcoming faces when you arrive. The hotel looks very nice and very clean.

The bed was ridiculously loud. Any sort of movement at all caused a repeating squeaking noise in the box frame. I do not over exaggerate when I say ANY movement at all. Lift a finger and it squeaks 5 times. That plus the highway plus the fact that the A/C was louder than everything else combined. Made for a restless night for myself and my family. I shouldn't need complimentary ear plugs with my stay.

The breakfast was great even though we were there at the end . The waffles were not available but all the other food was hot and wonderful!! We had omelets. sausage, hash browns... and muffin choices. We played cards in the lobby at night very late. It was nice to have juice and water available.. The pillows were wonderful and so were the mattresses.

My daughter's room smelled... of pot maybe with room deodorizer... so we complained and they moved her to a king room. Very nice. My room was on the freeway side so it was a bit noisy but okay.

When I got here I thought I was checking into a king with a sofa bed because that's what I reserved through booking com and it ended up being 2 queens and no one would fix it they just gave me and option to keep the room or get a refund and check out and I live over an hour away from our home and it's being remodeled that's why I'm here for the rest of the weekend until it's finished so I can't leave now

Staff was friendly.

Unfortunately hotel had an old smell throughout. Vent in the bathroom looked as if not cleaned in years. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. While checking out a staff member was complaining about a house keeper not cleaning the rooms or changing bed linens that a other patron had complained about finding upon check in.

Great location! Convenient to food and shopping! Nice breakfast and comfortable beds!

Rooms need refreshed! Water stains on the ceiling, bathroom tub/shower leaks into the room which caused soft floors and weak subfloor both inside and outside of the room! Room didn't appear to have been completely cleaned, just picked up! Ok place, but nothing special!

All you hear is the highway traffic all night long... Hard to get a peaceful night's rest with the sounds of the traffic...i

Oh my golly. My bed was wonderful, great pillows, beautiful bedspread... sample of toothpaste in the bathroom, large towel, , ear plugs by TV...the lobby was lovely so we played cards there at night.

Only one glitch- there were no paper cups near the ice bucket or near the coffee maker so I had nothing to drink water from all night.

The pillows were fluffy. I liked the king bed. The bathroom was large and for handicapped with two shower spray heads. Very comfortable. The digital clock was visible at night. Everything was clean. Nothing looked old, plumbing looked new. The pool looked great and I was happy to see it was open until midnight each night ! But I got too busy.

1)Well, the hotel is not well marked, not much signage to be seen from the highways. 2)You have to enter the Baymont Inn entrance, a sharp right. A truck/trailer was parked to the right all the time. You enter, at the Baymont Inn entrance, and you have to pull your car around this truck trailer and go to the next entrance which is the Hampton. Both Friday and Saturday nights I felt uncertain making this turn in the dark. I am afraid there is an accident waiting to happen here and I intend to call the Baymont. One night I made the turn and headlights came toward me on the left, I stopped, I could not pull around the truck/trailer. ..not enough room. 3) Another thing - we use Booking. com all the time to reserve hotels in Port Clinton, Ohio and this is the first time that Booking. Com charged the room ahead.... I wanted that charge to come out of my September paycheck but instead it came out of the August check, since I booked it in August.

The parking lot was small. Other than that, I think it was a great hotel
