Decor was updated and modern. Breakfast was decent. Front desk was pleasant.

Value for price. At about $200/night we expected better housekeeping service—daily room service and sufficient supplies (towels, toilet paper). There was no housekeeping on weekends and it took half hour for someone to deliver towels to our room. The small pool could have been cleaner.

Rooms were larger than expected. Breakfast was pretty good. They accommodated an early check in for us, which was appreciated.

Overall the hotel could use some updating and care. The group we were traveling with had an issue with access to their room due to the internal security lock flipping out on its own. We returned from a long day and they couldn’t get into their room. The staff came up and basically said they couldn’t do anything until the morning, and gave them a different room with one bed when they booked a double room. It was a situation they seemed to have dealt with before but didn’t care enough to have a solution for. They were pretty unapologetic, which was frustrating considering that they couldn’t access any of their belongings. Eventually they were able to open the room, but it was an exhausting process. Considering we stayed for only one night, it really put a damper on our experience.

The property is being renovated , the first floor is a little messy but the rest of the hotel is very clean.

Room was newly renovated but half of the plugs and lights on nightstand did not work..however, the nightstand was repaired.. bed linens short..came off each night

Quaint furnishings in the room. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast with many choices. Can't wait to see the new Lobby when it is completed.

The breakfast was really good, with quite a lot of options to choose from. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are rather old and they felt pretty outdated, however, a reconstruction should be underway pretty soon.

4th floor room was musty n air unbreathable. I moved to another room, it smelled even worse. the hallway smelled like toilet. water pressure was not good.

The selection of food was excellent. There was everything on the counter to please all ages. The hot food was hot and the cold food cold. There were all appliances available to make whatever you wanted. The workers made sure nothing ever ran out. If it did they immediately filled the container or tray. They were very respectful and asked if you needed anything. My husband and I really appreciate the free breakfast because you can get something to start your day without leaving your location. Our children are grown but when they were small we really enjoyed having a breakfast at the hotel. It was just like at home.

We inquired about the upcoming renovation. We were told it would happen after Thanksgiving this year. There were a few things that were not up to par. One of the elevators was not working correctly. It would go up at a normal speed but coming down very slowly so sometimes we would take the steps down. I have to use a cane and I found that inconvenient. In our room the toilet did not flush completely all the time. The shower head needed cleaning. The kitchen did not have enough plates and glasses and the garbage disposal did not work. Knowing in a few months they were going to start the renovations we did not complain. Hopefully, all those issues will be taken care of during the renovations.
