We got an upgrade on our room and it was beautiful. Large comfortable bed, iron, coffee facilities, lovely bathroom, a safe and a large room. It was very comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the menu was very good and food was lovely. Hotel is right across the road from Macys with subway stations very close by.

Located at the heart of mid town manhattan and on Broadway..its perfect spot for all main attractions and the shops. We were allowed to store all our luggage before and after checkin while we went around. Large rooms. 100% satisfied and would return to stay here everytime we visit New York

The view sucked. It was of another building. Too much marijuana in NYC. The elevators smelled Disgusting from it.

Location! location! location

The property only looked good on front lobby and the restaurant. At check-in, they offered upgrade to Deluxe which was very unnoticeably bigger room with a refrigerator. We agreed to upgrade because we did not know what was the difference until we found out the deluxe room toilet bowl had small pieces of residue from prior guest or housekeeper so we called to viewing one of standard room to change the room only to find out water was dripping from bathroom ceiling the next day…. - offered upgrade which means only to have a refrigerator not with the bigger space as they told us. - their breakfast was not good - toilet bowl had the residue. - new room had water leaking from bathroom ceiling - only compensate us to waive travelers fee.
