the place was dirty. everywhere.. we changed rooms because the bedding had not been replaced and it smelled. the second room, the bedding had not been replaced and the room wasn't clean.

Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable

Bath towel had ripes in it, black marks on it. Moved night stands out to plug in phones, garbage behind them. Curtains falling off rod, black smudges on walls, missing a electric cover on an outlet, freezer was so full of frost barely got our freezer packs in there, lamp shades all crooked, air conditioner thermostat didn’t work, wallpaper in hallway by elevator was falling off, we stayed 2 nights you would think the hall would be vacuumed from constructions guys staying there. Small things but housekeepers should notice

Check out was at 11 am housekeeping started knocking at door around 9:30 am and came back 2 more times before 11. The room across from us put dirty towels outside room in hallway around 6/7 pm Saturday evening and they were still there Sunday morning around 9 am.

The room was big, clean, and well worth the price. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

More or less good location - near by is plaza with some cafe's and Walmart, but to get there you have to drive because of closed road... Friendly staff, very fast check-in.

Dust everywhere! My garage is cleaner than room where we stayed. Some furniture were broken, hairdryer broken and had exposed wires. I was expecting low quality for the money, but what "surprised" me is some possible criminal activity on the parking lot - looks like someone sell drugs there. Will not return there even if it will be cheapest option.

Felt kind of unclean. But they do have nicer rooms than the last one I stayed in. If u get the ones by the office those r the nicer ones.

easy to find—and that’s the only positive

It was deteriorated, stained, soiled, worn, dirty, including urine around toilet base, cracked toilet seat, rusted, moldy shower, shower curtain ripped in several places, peeling paint, dirty stovetop, nasty freezer, could feel mattress springs, floor and walls filthy, could hear disturbing, abusive and profane conversations in another room, trash and linens in hall, front doors didn’t work—traveling with another female friend who had own room, had to walk around to back entrance through trash/laundry area that smelled, and felt wholly unsafe/vulnerable. Staff untrained in customer service. Overnight desk attendant was mannerly but had no authority to answer questions or address issues as not “manager.” When we sought manager following morning, he was “not on site” and the woman working was defensive and rude. Worst experience I have ever had.

I'm very displeased with our stay at this Motsl 6 due to the none smoking room smelling loudly of cigarette smoke, heavy molding exposed throughout the bathroom, and also black stained towel which made it very uncomfortable especially with having a baby in the room. I notified front desk upon the issue and the clerk stated he could not move us into another room after giving us options to be on the inside or the outside from the jump and now all of a sudden there's an issue there's no rooms available I found that very odd, so were stuck in this filthy smelly room throughout the night which caused a lack of sleep. I spoke to the front desk manager upon check out and there was no customer service what so ever they told me while smiling in my face, "I know. Are you ready to leave out now?" As he pushes the door open for me. Nothing about my stay, no apologies, no care at all on something very serious. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone at all ever, I'm very disgusted with them overall.

The bed was awful, trash can was dirty with no liner, no tissues, bed sheets looked dirty. Very disappointing.

They made a good choice with the laminate flooring over carpet. Shower was good but the tub was really slick.

Nothing but a bar of hand soap provided Loud A/C unit Squeaky bed like they always have in the movies in the room next store to the protagonist who can’t sleep. Quote from wife “I think this is officially the worst bed we have ever slept on.” The WiFi access point was in our room and has a large bright green indicator light that is pointed directly at the bed. One of the bath towels was completely thread bare Super loud bathroom exhaust fan (65db) No smoke detector. The mount was there but the actual detector had been removed.

The first night the staff was very pleasant, but the next two days they were horrible.

The manager said they would hold the room for a deposit(my husband and i must work daily to earn money for a place to rest. ) Thursday morning they took the deposit , then called and said they couldn't hold it and then tried to charge us more. Plus the sheets they dressed our bed with appeared to have BLOOD on it and brown stains. Nasty

There was a bed.

Poor communication from staff. Room smelled. Water leak almost cancelled our reservation at check in. Toilet didn't flush. Hotel very run down. No breakfast. Pool in bad shape. Fridge didn't work.

Small complementary breakfast would be a good add.

Everything except below was great and better than expected. Very friendly and helpful staff!

There was a little too much cat urine smell in the room. Some is too be expected in a pet friendly room, but it was a little too strong. We could smell the wonderful scents of a clean room, it just had an underlying cat urine smell.
