Big room, clean, the staff was very helpful. Even told me that they rent the room by the week if needed.

Price quoted including all taxes was not the price I paid, I was charged more with no explanation after he had to run 2 cards 3 times (will be freezing those accounts for a few days) kitchenette had no pots, pans, cups or any silverware. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, and the beds were horrible box spring beds and pillows were super flat. The table almost fell apart when setting anything on it. Lighting was horrible with one lamp and an over head light in the useless kitchenette. The entire building smelt like weed and the non-smoking room smelt like weed and cigarettes. There was even an ashtray in the nightstand.

customer service went above and beyond to move me to a different building due to assigned room not being functional.

No Breakfast as stated when I booked, Coffee at the front desk seemed like it was made the night before because it was COLD and I was told to warm it up in the microwave, Ice vending machines do NOT work, Snack machines on property are NOT functional, I stayed 2 nights and 3 days and my room was never cleaned or restocked with toiletries (you have to go to the front desk) there is No pool onsite.
