My let out couch bed had poop on it. Although they accommodated us with a different room...it just the principal of cleaning. Breakfast was great..other than that the hotel was beautiful!

freezing pool, no hot tub, our tub was broken so could only use the shower.

The only complaint is that the heater in our room was loud. woke me up several times when it turned on.

Comfortable bed and pillows, good hot water for showering.

This is the first time that we have gone to a motel where you actually have to pay to have your breakfast included. Most times it is just a continental free breakfast buffet.

Our beds were comfortable, and the bar was nice as well as the bartender

Our bathroom had problems, the whole shower faucet unit moved (not tightened inside the wall) and one of the lights flickered, and the bathroom sink faucet and drain did t work right, didn’t notice till my friend went to use it and nearly slipped cause it was over flowing. I let the front desk know of all the problems and she did not seem to care but said she would send someone to look at it.

the staffs were very kind and helpful. Had a little issue with the lights asked them to fix it. It literately took one minute to solve it. and also great water in the shower.
