Nothing, worst stay I had ever had..

People being up and down all day like if it was Section 8. Worst stay ever. People with dogs in there room and weed smokers.

hotel staff was not helpful whatsoever

it’s run down, with the plaster and stucco breaking off the building, literally, to the stove PR microwave not working. the disabled bars in the shower were breaking off despite the 5 or 6 screws placed to hold them up. the sheets didn’t cover one of the beds, it’s run by felons barely getting out of being incarcerated, as a HALFWAY HOUSE. nothing. there’s absolutely nothing I liked about this property.

everything. it was a nightmare. literally my best description would be one of those run down motels from like a scene from end of watch or something.

What a experience The lock that allows you go into the room was jammed they had to take crow bar to open the door. They ask if we wanted the same room. Really??? We were put in another room. The first room two queen beds hard hard hard. Beds on boards. You can feel the boards. They have a square wooden box underneath the boards to hold the beds up. Reserved a king bed ahead a time and we got two queen beds. No towels, no coffee maker, no hygiene products in rooms. Have to ask for a coffee maker and towels and whatever. People have to smoke outside but they were burn hole marks in these rooms. A deposit is charged for your room which I can't understand why. It's a dive motel but if you want to save money and close to everything then this is where you can book. The place comes alive after midnight with guest and people walking by making alot of noice. The walls are paper thin. There is no complementary breakfast.. They said they have no maintenance. Missing light bulbs and telephone didn't work. Pay a few extra bucks get another hotel.

the worst place to stay in. lock to swipe your card to enter was falling off. couldn’t even open the door, another lady that was also staying there came in and open the door using her own card. which that’s pretty dangerous. had to cancel my reservation w/ a $50 fee that I was supposed to get charged. but yet when i checked my bank account. they actually charged the whole amount. called their office and explained the situation. They told me they will call me back but yet they never did.

One of the worse hotels that I ever been, the smell of cigarettes in the room is very strong and penetrating, it never left, the air conditioning drips water, there were no soaps or towels, not a single garbage can, the water pipes can be heard,dirty floor, dirty and old damaged table, some bugs in the bathroom... Terrible I don't know why booking.com suggest this horrible option

It had a good location at least near to the venue I was visiting. The staff was friendly.

The room was not completely cleaned. The room was deteriorated, the restroom door wouldn't close all the way, the pillow covers were dirty and one pillow was wet. And the room smelled weird.

The front desk agent disrespectfully talking down on this lady who worked there as soon as we walked in to check in. Our room (#134) had no TV. I guess it was previously ripped out of the wall and never substituted, leaving a big hole. Of course, no WiFi connection either.

The room was dirty and smelled of smoke, broken ac- moved rooms- again smells of smoke, broken smoke detector, broken shower, broken door handle, dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty room. Lastly they still owe me my deposit because the person who can get it back to me was gone.
