The position is good, within walking distance to the beach,harbour, shops and restaurants. The pool was good and the garden areas were lovely. Afternoon wine and nibbles were a nice touch.

The rooms were dark and very dated and didn't look very clean. Breakfast was very limited and not much choice.

it was adorable and the kitchenette was perfect for your little group.

They upgraded our room when we arrived and the suite was very nice. Hotel had a hot tub which we used as it was rainy and chilly that week. We were able to walk around Santa Barbara to shop and eat dinner. Overall, very nice for price point.

The bed was comfortable, the wifi was fast and the staff was helpful and friendly. Property was well maintained and pretty.

The pool was smaller than expected, and closed one of the days. There was a breakfast buffet, but we missed more fruits and vegetables, and cold cuts/cheese. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade, which turned out to be on street level, although the room we had booked looked like we’d be staying on the second floor. No explanation was given.

They thought of everything! The property itself is beautiful and well maintained- but it was the extra touches of hospitality that really ranks high! The happy hour made for a wonderful welcome and we loved that we had bikes at our access to explore on.

Inn by the Harbor was exactly like the images online- the courtyard garden was just lovely to look at and walk through. plenty of parking and the staff were always very friendly - there was a happy hour - complementary breakfast with nice, casual seating both inside and out and a lovely complimentary bottle of bubbles in the minibar. definitely booking there again.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the room was very clean and spacious. Facilities were excellent.

The wifi kept dipping in and out.

Breakfast was great! Staff was very nice. When there was a request for something it was taken care of.

There was not a dresser to put your clothes in. They did have a closet. Brought my own extra hangers.

They had a lot of great stuff. Wine hour, breakfast, pool, free champagne.

The stay there was dreamy and magical. Starting with the pleasant and warm welcome at the entrance including an invitation to cookies and wine for no particular reason. The place is simply lovely and green with a lovely little pool. Definitely one of the most beautiful places we visited - and we would love to visit again in the future.

There wasn't anything we didn't like - we were sorry we only stayed one night (we couldn't stay longer)

pillows were too soft for our taste spa was cool and not relaxing view out our window was not desirable (rear parking lot with workers trucks right there) bathroom door was difficult to keep open while you were in there but there wasn't a fan so it was necessary

It felt like a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel I paid $400.00 a night for . It seemed a bit extreme.
