Beds were comfortable. I did not try the breakfast. Cleaning staff approachable and polite.

Showers were great and the rooms were very comfortable. We liked the fact that our dog, a Beagle-Bassett mix, could stay with us an additional fee. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was continental. Overall we stayed two nights and were very happy with our time there.

The remodel on the first two floor made it tricky to park in the lot as the workmen had materials and machinery there. We knew about the remodel before we stayed so it was expected and not really much of an inconvenience.

Nothing- it was dirty and under construction

The whole place was dirty, they were doing construction and this was not disclosed when I booked it. They charged me twice once from booking.com and once when I arrived. The room was dirty hair in the shower.

The rooms are nice, comfortable bed, large screen T.V.

Didn't like waking up to Construction in the building. Several times a terrible loud alarm went off in our room.

Everything was great except that people were having parties and kids were running around in the middle of the night. Attempted to call front desk from room phone to find out room phone isn’t physically connected to anything. Bags tonseerch the front desk number, once called front desks answer was “I will see what I can do”… will definitely it stay at another La Quinta Hotel and will definitely not recommend this hotel.

Room was spacious with a huge tv, and restroom was nice! Breakfast was delicious. Everything was clean and felt safe and comfortable.

Sadly the pool was under reconstruction and couldn’t connect the tv to any other service provider.

The location was great. That's about it.

I walked in with my family and I go to check in. Mind you, I booked this room weeks in advance. The gentleman at the front desk asks me for my ID and the card I used to book the room. Pretty Standard. So I passed it over. The card didn't even touch his hand when he told me "Oh. Do you have another card". I said " Actually, I don't." (my husband was working and couldn't join us on this trip). He said LAUGHING and with a S**t eating grin "well, that's going to be a problem, isn't it. We don't accept your bank. Hotel management decision" I was confused, I have a common bank with a visa card. I have had this bank several years. Booked hotels before. Paid for them using THIS card. It's not venmo, it not PayPal it is a BANK! He continued to say LAUGHING that it was management's decision, but wouldn't get me a manager to speak to. I had my kids and everyone around. Sooo embarrassing. Thankfully mom came walking in, and had to pay for the room using her card. I couldn't believe what was happening, they would accept my card as a down-payment, no problem. What would I have done if my mom wasn't there to help me out with three kids??? We get the keys and the kids are excited, talking about the pool. We start walking away from the front desk and the man yells, "good luck". I though it was weird but chalked it up to maybe he is saying that because it was a bit cold out. We get to our room. I tell the kids that they can swim for a little bit before our family dinner. We walk down and my jaw dropped. The jacuzzi was green!!! Not just a little green. It looked liked the green giant soaked overnight. They had a poor attempt of blocking it off. Yellow tape was folding into the barely filled jacuzzi. The pool was riddled with leaves and had a slimy bottom. Needless to say, the kids couldn't even go swimming.
