Easy traveling to all we wanted to do while here in NY

The property is in a great location and close to a lot of places.

The staff was not very friendly or attentive to us as guests.

Facility is good for your convenience if you need to stay for a few nights

The WiFi wasn’t working well it goes on and off and I got low bars ,the tv signal wasn’t good either and the room smell a little moldy

Everything is close restaurant and malls they don't have breakfast

ALL STAFF WERE HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT.

TV REMOTE DID NOT WORK WITH TV. NO BREAKFAST AVAILABLE.

I liked the location

We went for a visit to see a very sick relative and had to extend our stay due to the death of this loved one. The o young man at the counter showed no sympathy whatsoever, not even an “am sorry for your loss”. We asked if there was anything that the hotel could do to help with the situation since this was something that happened unexpectedly and we were financially affected and he said that nothing could be done to alleviate our situation and went on to charge us full price which included $200+ for a Sunday night. There was no manager on site so we couldn’t speak with anyone else. Our experience at this place was less than acceptable and will not be returning.
