in the cafeteria/bar 20% gratuity was ALREADY included in the bill (it was not just a suggestion like everywhere else) leaving us no choice in terms of tipping.

Great location and price point

The AC was not working properly in very hot days but the hotel made its best effort to keep guests comfortable

The staff was friendly and our rooms was cleaned daily.

Really nice hotel with friendly and efficient front staff. We were able to leave our bags safely during the day, and they offered us early check in. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed and nice shower. Late check out time was also convinient.

There's a resturant under the hotel, but the breakfasts there didn't call to me. Lifts were often busy.

The hotel is nicely designed, modern, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. And easy walk to subway and train stations to get around. Also loved it being so close to High Line and west side.

Wish there were a few more restaurants in the area. But not too far of a walk to find them.

The clean environment and modern decor. Beds we super comfy. Great service all round and cleaning of room was good.

A couple of issues with towels. We were a room of 3 but were only provide 2 on arrival and then after. Sometimes we had none left in the room.

Good location - 2 blocks from major subway lines/penn, with bus stops in front. Hudson yard and the vessel just across too. Wholefoods nearby too for your needs for your stay. Room was clean with nice view of the streets.

People i dealt with are reception were courteous and pleasant, no complaints about dealing with them in person. But whoever was talking to me on the booking . com with my queries wasn’t very helpful. Policies here said pets were allowed and i wanted to bring my pet cat; and i booked a non refundable room. When i messaged here on the app to confirm about pets after i booked they said they only allowed dogs. I probably should have called before booking but they could have also specified that in their policies, that they only allow dogs. Upon knowing, i asked if i can refund and they just said no. And sorry about confusion of the policy. And that was the end of any kind of communication i got from them- NO HELP AT ALL or any kind of consideration from them. Nothing. I eventually found a sitter, so i didn’t need it after all. But i just wish they were more helpful. Actually be of service to your customers!

Tudo! Quarto amplo com todas as amenidades necessárias, como frigobar, cafeteira, ferro de passar,pantufas , roupão Banheiro enorme e novíssimo!

La ubicación nos permitió movernos bien por la ciudad y con acceso a tiendas cercanas. Igualmente nos permitieron hacer early checkin, lo cual fue muy bueno pues llegamos a las 6am.

Por temas de COVID la limpieza no fue la mejor.... Solo 1 vez en 8 días que estuvimos.

Wasserdruck der Dusche könnte höher sein, Frühstück könnte inkl. sein, hat aber in der Preiskategorie kaum ein Hotel in NYC

Good location, close to some nice eateries, staff was of great help with booking taxis and helping with request for amenities. We had a lovely view of the skyscrapers and streets from our room. Great ambience.

We are generally unhappy with the New York Hotels policy of no complimentary water bottles. Thankfully, as a late night emergency measure, the hotel secured a bottle of water for us at our request to charge it to the room.

The noise from our next door room was incredibly loud given we were in a joining room!!! We called reception 3* times. I have never done this before!

No sound privacy. You can hear everything in the hallway and hallways to rooms. There aren’t enough food options without leaving the property

The location was a walking distance to hudson yard, quiet area and the view from the rooms is nice. Very clean and modern rooms.

The walls are really thin you can hear everything from the other rooms. First of all i had to change my room upon arrival as i was provided with a connecting room, and the noise was unbearable with girls having a party inside. The receptionist apologized and gave us a room on a higher floor. Later on i woke up at 3 am as someone decided to play loud music! Again had to call the front desk and they immediately sent security.

the price. just because you can increase the price doesn’t mean you need to. I stay every yr same hotel. 2021 $15 increase 2022 $30 decrease 2023 back to $2021 price 2024 $300 increase. that’s gonna force me to stay somewhere else.
