グランドセントラル駅南側から出ると 道路渡って左2分ほどの駅近です。 角を曲がってすぐ側道にひさしが出ているところが ホテル入り口です。 チェックインは タブレット？で。 スタッフさんが声かけてくれて 手間どうことはありませんでした。 宿泊料金の他に100ドルプラスの明細が ありましたがデポジットで 後で宿泊料金に相殺されるとのこと。 部屋に入って驚いたのは コンセントがあちこちにあること。 延長タップは必要ありません。 ベッドに寝転んで充電しながら SNS投稿もできるし テーブルで充電しながら 動画をまた観たりできます。 テーブルが大きくて 食事したり、お化粧したりとても便利です。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジがあるので 前日のレストランで食べきれずに 持ち帰ったものを 翌朝レンジでチンして 27階にあるラウンジの無料コーヒー、紅茶で 朝食を取れます。 外で軽い朝食も2,000円は下らない ニューヨークの事。 1食浮くのはとても助かりました。 アイロン、ヨガマットもあり 充実の設備です。 ビジネスでこられる方にもオススメです。 27階ラウンジで8人程で会議できるテーブルあり 2.3人でも、1人でもコンセント付きテーブル があって、実際午前中に行ったら 2.3のグループが会議していました。 わたしは利用しませんでしたが ３階にランドリーもあります。 あと、各階？にウォーターサーバーと 空の500mlペットボトルが置いてあるのも Goodでした！

ドアの下が1.5cmくらい空いていて すきま風が寒かったです。 寒い時期じゃなければ 問題ないと思います。

I would go back again.Excellent Hotel.Reception Staff and Cleaners,very helpful with warmth.Helped me a lot to navigate around New York.Hotel central for subway+Grand Central Station.Shops+sights.The room had a coffee making machine,if you needed more Pods,staff happy to give you more.Lovely lounge in the 27th.Comfortable room.

最上階に、見晴らしの良いくつろげる場所があること。ここで食事も取れます。 各部屋にコーヒーサーバーがあって、美味しいコーヒーを淹れることができるし、おかわりももらえます。 駅近で繁華街でもあるので、食事に出たり、惣菜を買って帰ったり、気軽にできます。

ホテルの名前が2種類あり、わかりづらい。

The Long Island Rail Road now stops at Grand Central Station. It is just a short walk to the hotel and a short shuttle ride to Broadway!!! Couldn’t be easier!!!!

The coffee machine on the 27th floor was under repair. But the rooms have a nespresso machine which makes delicious coffee.

Machine à café ne fait pas de chocolat chaud. Aucun coffre fort. Aucun frigo. Aucun micro onde. 1 service de nettoyage pour 1 semaine passée dans l'hôtel.

Great room: Clean, comfortable, up to date.

One of the workers went above and beyond and told us about the water dispensers on every floor. We didn’t know that when we first checked in so we bought a pack of water. You are also able to request for a refrigerator and microwave as well. Also enjoyed being able to leave our luggage’s after checking out so that we didn’t have to haul them around.

Noisy and in need of refurbishing

This is a good, basic hotel located close to Grand Central. No major complaints. Rooms could use an update but nothing egregious. Indoor and half outdoor rooftop terrace where you could sit and work, have a coffee (they have a machine there for guestes). If the price was right, I'd stay here again.

I liked the very central location of the hotel, just around the corner from Grand Central station.

The hotel clearly did not have enough cleaning staff. Our room was not cleaned despite us requesting this twice. We were offered a clean the next morning instead ... the day of our departure, which rendered said offer rather futile. Ours was not a unique case and in fact there were other guests whose rooms had not been cleaned for two consecutive days! Some of the staff were very nice and helpful, others not so much and seemed like the could not care a lot. I complained to the hotel about the above but so far (a month later), I have not heard back from the hotel manager.

the property was in a great location and very central. lots of amenities around the property and also a short walk to everywhere. the property has a great communal lounge area at the top of the building with views of the city. it has free drinking water taps, sparking and still and also a free coffee machine which was perfect for early rises. it also has a small gym room and laundry. it has it all for a great price.

lack of signage for the property when arriving and also called something else so could be missed we walked past it twice. some of the staff were excellent and very attentive. One member of staff however, I cant recall his name but he had dreads was obnoxious and rude when we had an issue with the hotel holding a fee that was wrongly taken, this was for a large sum of money and we was on holiday and instead of reassuring us and giving us a written explanation via email to ease our minds he fought us on our views and tried to make out like we were the problem when we were not. the hotels system and booking.com dont match up all the time so we understand this can happen but we just wanted some reassurance on this day but was met with a rude obnoxious staff member who didnt want to assist. this was the only blip of the stay but it was frustrating.

The price and the staff was very helpful and nice.

Since there was nothing but coffee in the living room space- I had to use the vending. If there are no food or options other than coffee it would be nice to have more options with vending machines.
