I loved the layout of this facility as well as the customer service. The restaurant was amazing and the staff was equally as friendly.

Lots of restaurants and shopping centers around.
The tub fills up when you’re showering because of slow drainage.

The carpets in the halls are very stained and have an odor.

Beds were comfortable, and the attached bar/restaurant (Porters) was exceptional. Location is very convenient to the Gateway Convention Center and a host of other businesses. No big issues.
The bathroom water temperature has a mind of its own, and it's a very temperamental mind. Not really enough light in the room, and this seems to be a Hilton thing. No hottub. Nothing really horrible, but I feel I don't get any better of a stay than I do at other hotels I pay less for.

our AC was broken and we didn’t sleep. we were dismissed when we brought it up to the staff.

The hotel staff was very cordial and helpful. The hotel restaurant was very nice and the food and service was great. We really appreciated the breakfast vouchers. And the fitness faciltity was up large and clean.
The room was antiquated, really needs an upgrade. The carpet was old, the headboard on bed had scratches and was peeling. There was black mold in the shower, on the walls and ceiling. Paint was flaking off the walls and cobb webs were in the ceiling and on light fixtures.

The location was great. The warm cookies were wonderful. We had some issues which I brought up at check out and the MOD was able to resolve them to my satisfaction.
The room was dated and needed the head board replace, the grab bar attached and the power sources for charging looked at. We tried several and only the one in the bathroom actually was capable to charging a phone.

Noise was ridiculous with slamming doors. Looked out door and it was staff. Check out is noon. I was asked repeatedly starting at 830 am if I was leaving

Left over trash from whoever had the room before. pull out couch was pretty tore up, and definitely didn’t vacuum the floors.

The lobby and the art in the public areas are very nice. The steakhouse is great but would prefer menu instead of buffet.
The public areas were nice but the hall was disgusting in cleanliness and smell. The rooms were old, outdated in disrepair and the noise level was high at night.

Bed was a little hard for me but overall was a great place to stay
