Great location. Staff was great!! Everything was clean and bed/mattress were comfortable.

Very humid in the room. Everything felt damp, and made sleeping uncomfortable. Guess from the pool, but need a better ventilation system or dehumidifiers in the rooms. I am from MO so deal with normal humidity in the Midwest. However this was overwhelming inside. When walking into the room it felt muggy and smelled like a damp basement.

Exceptionally clean. Wonderful there was a fridge & coffee maker. Staff was was very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was great.

Our room was in a great location and on the first floor. I was traveling alone with my children and I was right by the back door (not a lot of traffic), right by the pool and by breakfast. Perfect room for a Mom with kids. Thank you for putting me in a room that was a perfect location.

Getting the water temperature in the tub sucked. Was either cold or super hot. I think the whole faucet needs to be replaced. And I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and there were a bunch of ants on the bathroom floor. That was weird.

Location to other local shopping destinations and Restaurants was very good

De sus instalaciones excelente, muy bueno, con su desayuno buffet en un ambiente amplio, su piscina muy bonita, tienes Laundry y es muy céntrico para que puedas movilizarte a cualquier lugar. Hay Restaurants cerca donde puedes almorzar y/o cenar!!

Location was good for us . Beds were comfortable . Pool was nice .

On our first night we thought we saw a small cockroach. This was more than confirmed on the second night when we discovered there was an infestation of cockroaches in the room , several ran out from under the bed . We found one in the fridge also . The lady on the desk was very understanding and changed our room , she allowed me to check the room before we moved into it which I appreciated. She asked me to speak with the manager the next morning . The manager didn't really show much concern or regret just that she would ring the exterminator.Unfortunately on our last night we discovered another cockroach in our second room . I told the staff on checkout ,again no apology , concern or attempt to make up for this . It was really a horrible experience. The rooms have a terrible smell and there's no way of letting any fresh air into the room . Just not good enough.
