the heater in room 119 is broke it kept me up couldn’t sleep and the hot tub is down no one told me when I checked in had to find out on my own

Easy commute to where we going

People screaming in room next to us until after 3 am. Entire hotel smelled like smoke even though we were in a nonsmoking room. Just felt dirty after we woke up.

Location was good. Close to restaurants and gas station. Was clean and had no detectable odors. Beds were comfortable . Overall clean and comfortable

Our room had a sink that was starting to detach from the vanity and the toilet stopped working. Think this hotel is in need of some maintenance and remodeling

smelled like marijuana everywhere, very run down, people seemed to be spooky

Positives were the location and it was quiet, maybe perhaps because the hotel wasn’t very full. First clue and sign things weren’t going to be good.

The owner of the hotel needs to update the online website. It stated there was free breakfast and many other amenities that weren’t true. Had I known that I would’ve gone somewhere else, also I wouldn’t of gotten a refund if so. The gym, laundry, pool were closed. No breakfast just Orange juice. The rooms were dirty. Walls needed to be washed and or painted. Mold on ac units and sheets were dirty my sister had to ask for new sheets because there was hair all over one bed. Not a pleasant experience overall. I wouldn’t stay or recommend this hotel.

The staff were super nice. We had complications and they worked with us which in fact helped us alot. The staff were probably the nicest I've ever met at any other hotel I've ever stayed at so I have no complaints there.

The facilities were disgusting and the pictures online were nothing like what it looked like. It was filthy the bed sheets were stained and dirty looking so were the pillows. The whole hotel smelled like an ashtray.

online and the signs out front say free breakfast yet they offer none. the property also needs some major renovations. our room was very rundown. the fridge ran all night.

I liked the price

I didn’t like that our room smelled like smoke even though it was a no smoking room (it leaks in through the vents.) and I didn’t like that our shower head was disgusting

We have stayed here twice now. The evening attendent was welcoming even remembered us. The hotel was quiet even with our room close to the pool.

Didnt like that pool area was SO CROWDED!. We couldnt enjoy it because there where too many people. Also please please please fix the hot tub.

The bed sheets were NEVER changed, there was HALF a coffee pot in the room and NO supplies, no continental breakfast, the room was not clean, the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable ever, the furniture was very uncomfortable...

Price was to high, no breakfest as stated. No iron in room. Room needs upgrading

The breakfast could of had more variety. It was clean and staff was friendly.
