clean hotel, nice breakfast selection and friendly staff

the shower head needs to be replaced, yesterday! The 1st room I was given had a leak by the window. I was given another room but very little after that. no discounts or accommodations were given because of this. the Pool is also closed for repairs. wish that was known before booking.

Everything except the theft of a jacket.

Shortly after we checked out my mom realized she forgot an expensive jacket in the room. Called to inquire about it and was told it had not been turned in and was not located in the room (they went up to check and called us back). Cleaning staff was right outside our room as we were leaving so in addition to the tip that was left for them they also got a nice fall jacket (I'm assuming).

After arriving we found out the pool was out of service. This was the reason for our booking. The front counter employees were extremely nice and helped find acceptable location to quite my crying Granddaughters.
