the location was good, but getting in and out of the parking lot was not the best

Very clean and nice!
I paid extra money because they had a pool and wasn’t aware that the pool was closed until after we checked in.

We left early, so no breakfast, but you have always been great as an organization. You do need bottle openers though! ☺️

The toilets are to low for us old people.your one ply toilet paper was not very handy.

the fact that there was a staff member taking pictures of our group and many of our parents had issues with things working

Room was badly designed, toilet was not working properly, there was visible dust on the closet and iron board, reception staff was not at all courteous, my credit card was charged without even informing me.

The breakfast was nice, but the service was better. The front desk person gave me a tray to help me bring my kids food. I didn't ask for one or know that was available to me. She was very proactive in her customer service.
Nothing really. I guess the price was a bit high and there was a lot of non refundable payments. However I would still choose this location because of how well I was treated by staff and the overall atmosphere and comfortability of the hotel.

No towel rods, couldn’t use bath tub because only shower worked. It

We received a phone call from front desk about 30 minutes after check in, to see if everything was good. That was a wonderful surprise 😍 Hospitality from everyone was top notch! Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, too.
I really have nothing negative to say!!♥️ We truly enjoyed our stay.

our room was wet and moist, with a smell and even the bedding was holding moisture and a damp cold unpleasant feeling, very restless night.
