Very cvlean and the few people working there were nice and friendly.

Unfortunately, the rooms are showing age. Cracked bathroom ceiling light and missing towel shelves in 409. the inside door handle of 410 wouldn't stay on. The pillowcases although clean were dark and stained. There was only one person at the reception desk. They were also expected to keep the coffee in the lobby filed which was often empty. Guests were filling large personal drink containers. One person working the desk was outside frequently for cigarette breaks. There were several large groups there. Only the ice machines on the 1st and 4th floors were working. Other guests were emptying the ice binds for coolers.

Location

Rooms are outdated and in disrepair. Overpriced for the quality of the room and the cost is what I would expect to pay for an up to date Hampton Inn. The wood furniture in the rooms is chipped, the wooden bathroom vanity shows signs of the wood being worn away, there is electrical tape on the wifi receiver. Just in general, below expectations of a Hampton Inn. The staff was nice.

It was right next door to a great brewpub! That made our stay even better. Room was big enough to move around comfortably.

No fridge in room, but everything else was great.

The comforter/duvet on top of the bed wasn’t super comfortable. Also the layout of our room (while a good size) was a little awkward with the desk and tv being in the middle of the room. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little strange.

The smell of cleaning products was a bit overwhelming. I had to buy a scented candle for the room to combat the smell. There was a 75$ change to being my dog which was not disclosed at check in.

It was very clean and comfortable

They only had one person working. Several of us were waiting to check in and there was no one at the desk. The gal working had to leave to help someone else. When we did get to our room there was a weird sound in the room that sounded like a motorcycle running. it didn’t keep us from sleeping, but it was weird. Breakfast was horrible. I was surprised as Hampton’s are usually good.
