Loved everything, super nice and pretty and friendly. But......it was so noisy. We were on the 2nd floor, people outside on the ground sounded like they were right at our window. Paper thin walls, ppl banging and slamming doors etc. It was so weird how beautiful a place it was but it's def not insulated. If you're a light sleeper like me it was kind of tough. Hubs sleeps deeply but took him a bit. He was even saying " are ppl moving in or are they working in the rooms?" Seems like both. Very nice staff and beautiful hotel. Just be careful if you sleep light I'd all.

We had an early morning flight the next day , so convenient to the airport.The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.He even suggested a good restaurant for dinner. Dropped us off at the restaurant and picked us up when we were done with our meal. Very pleasant stay.

The woman at the reception desk both on the 16th when we arrived and she was there again when we returned for an overnight stay was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could have gotten her name so I could tell you exactly who she was. All of the staff was great, but she was exceptional! Look her up - when she was on duty so she gets an acknowledgement.

No ability to print receipt without waiting 30 minutes. I had a 5am flight and no time to wait 30 minutes for a receipt.

The food was decent, but the poor overworked server needed help!And the manager was not at all helpful,and the receptionist wasn't much help either.
The hole facility was worn down and sloppy! Plus the pool was yellow and inoperable !Iam very upset😡! PS.The brownie was excellent! Our rooms were missing chairs!PPS.one AC was broken!

tubs were dirty, and water backed up. lamp shades and furniture looked 30 years old and beat up. Wall plugs either didn’t work or you couldn’t plug anything in.

I did not expect pool to be closed because originally did not mention anything about the property and maintenance of pool until day of stay.

the staff was incredibly helpful. anything I needed they were There to respond and apply appropriately. One of the best stays I’ve ever had. honestly wish I could have spend more time there and enjoyed all of the available amenities.

the room was a bit dated. It had torn furniture and overall the room looked tired.There was a strange, damp smell in the elevator. The restaurant and bar were closed because it was a Sunday. This is unusual for a hotel, let alone an airport hotel.

The restaurant, the bed & pillows, the location, the value.
There seemed to be a bit of a disconnect with the staff... there was never any soap in the men's bathroom near the lobby & the toilets there were not clean. I told the front desk person & she didn't seem to care much about it.

We had a very unexpected stay here. The airport hotel where we had originally planned to stay had no power when we went to check in there. After waiting several hours, we decided we had to make alternative plans and were able to book last minute at this hotel. The rooms were great. The shuttle service was friendly and efficient for both airport drop off and pickup. Sleep-and-fly parking rate was very affordable, especially considering that everything was arranged last minute. They really came through for us!
