Big bed, spacious room

Isolated, limited dining,

The room was really clean and well appointed. It was quiet, had a fridge and a coffee maker and the bed was so comfy! Appreciated having a shuttle to the airport in the morning and the driver was really nice.

The front desk staff were not very welcoming and the room felt like it was quite a ways from the airport (the taxi ride was over $30 if that says anything).

After paying for the stay, getting a confirmation with confirmation number, When I arrived there was NO room/rooms available. Beyond ridiculous

My family and i really enjoyed the room, it was comfortable and has all the amenities we needed.

There was some construction going on, however it there was no noise or interruption on our part

Our second stay was worst than the first -only one small elevator on the 3rd floor worked, no hair dryer, bathtub plug ETC AND CHECK IN CKERK WAS SURLY

Very close to the airport for an early morning flight

The property is doing major renovations but it did not hider my stay

The only thing I liked the king size room was nice because it was a renovated room that was it.

The place was under renovation and the place was a mess, with no restaurant and they didn't have microwaves in the room even if iwented to get food I didn't have a place in room to harm up, they had it in the lobby and I had to come through that mess, they didn't have a pool nothing for my grandson to do and they they need more channels for kids, let's just say it's not kid friendly.

The hotel is going through a big remodeling, there was not water in the shower or the toilet without letting me know, it is really hard to get to the rooms and you get lost in the middle of the construction, the deliveries for the food were lost because of the lack of announcements about how to get to the elevators or to the rooms. I saw all the guest around struggling to get to their rooms, but the worst part was NO WATER. I would live to get my money back if I would know how to request for it, I would request it without a doubt.

We did not get the room advertised, we requested a double queen room and got a king with pullout instead, also it's under construction on the first floor, kind of unsettling.
