The the room was big and bed was comfy. The view was nice. The pools were heated which is always a plus. My kids loved the water park/ kids pools.

We got the room a bit late. When we got it the carpet was wet like they just washed a certain area and there was a crack on the stove and a few knives missing. Pools were packed. And the 10am check out time is a bit to early

Love the rooms the property is beautiful, the bartenders are super nice, and I love that we can walk to breakfast in the morning and have the fitness center available. just beautiful

love the pool. but the height restriction on the slide is ridiculous.!!! my seven-year-old who is on a swim team was not allowed on because he was an inch too short. ruined our trip!!! it is such a tiny slide!! its rediculous to have a height restriction. just because of this we would choose a different hotel next time. plus the people are never at the side. They take our long breaks and you get to use it just for like 10 minutes. A three-year-old can go on the slide. However, it makes it so much fun, so please please change the rules.

For $400/night, there is no room service, no maid service and no dinning options on site (there is a grill, but it was closed - during high season mind you). When we broke a glass in our room, front desk offered to drop off a vacuum and asked to call when we were done cleaning up ourselves. No offer that maid services would help. If you golf for $165/person, don’t expect to get bottled water in your cooler. You would have to purchase that. Overall, very poor value for the money.

Stayed at the enclaves last time. The rooms were awesome! This time we were at the villages which are older smaller rooms, Not the greatest. We were right across from the pool that was getting it’s yearly cleaning so we couldn’t use it.

Great pool area! Spent all day with the kids and family. Loved the options for the kids area. My son loved the activity room close to the pool in case they needed some down time. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were sooo comfy! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to go away with kids/family/friends.

Our up stairs neighbors were very noisy, could hear them all thru the night walking around . It was a large group of young kids.

Pool is always great during day time but at night is different loud teenage kids with loud music, not what I am used too specifically because I have stayed In Marriott for over 10 years and it was some construction at the main entrance heading to the rooms. Very unsatisfactory in my opinion

We came for my son's 17th birthday and my son is developmentally delayed and he had an blast this was one of his best birthdays ever outside all the other bday parties I have given him this one top them all thank you Marriott Shadow Ridge for making our stay comfortable enjoyable and making my son feel wow and excepted thank you thank
