Nancy the day manager was so rude and inconsiderate. She needs to be retrained in customer service. She literally roller her eyes @ me tryimg to explain the difference between a service dog and emotional suppoet animal. I had mentioned that I’m twice cancer survivor and I travel with my special needs neice. She was just so insensitive I will not ever stay @ thier facily…The swimming pool was disgusting. I paid good momey to stay should have booked @the motel 6 they have more mannerism

The staff at the front desk, Nancy, was very helpful. I booked 2 rooms today, and prepaid both rooms. Booking.com pm;y cleared 1 room, Nancy is working on it to clear the 2nd room.

Booking.com....major problem. I prepaid for 2 rooms, only 1 room cleared.

Unable to stay here. Booking.com you . .. Didn't update my change of date so I didn't have a reservation when I arrived at the hotel . That was very very upsetting and even more when I had a email confirmation.

The room was passable it was not completely clean. And, the air conditioner was 3 inches from the bed and I could hear it all night long, didn’t sleep but a few hours. The conditioner in the shower was completely out, and the water pressure needs help. The TV Showed no signal, which was disappointing.
